The site, as-is

This site describes Dywan, a product in private beta. Features, pricing, and availability shown here are current intentions and may change before general release. Nothing here is a binding offer or a guarantee of access.

Requesting access

Joining the waitlist is a request, not a commitment on either side. We invite people in small waves and can’t promise a timeline or a spot. Please give us accurate details so we can reach you.

Acceptable use

• Don’t submit false information or someone else’s details.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, scrape, or break the site.
• Don’t use the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Dywanname, wordmark, copy, and design are ours. You’re welcome to read and share the page; please don’t reproduce it as your own.

No warranty; limitation

This site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Dywanisn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
