Privacy
This policy explains what information Dywan collects through this website and how we use it. It covers the marketing site and waitlist only. Use of the Dywan application is governed by the terms and privacy notice presented inside the product.
What we collect on this site
When you request access, we collect the details you enter — your name, email address, and, if you choose to share it, what you do. We also collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics about page visits (via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand what’s useful. We do not sell your information.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access to Dywan.
- To understand interest and improve the product and this site.
- To send you the occasional update if you asked to hear from us.
Where it goes
Waitlist submissions are sent to our customer-relationship tooling and trigger a confirmation email through our email provider. We share your information only with service providers that help us operate — never with advertisers.
The product never joins your calls
Worth stating plainly, since it’s central to how Dywan works: the application reads the transcripts your own notetaker already records. It does not join, record, or transcribe your meetings itself. In-product data handling is described in the application’s own privacy notice.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you gave us at any time by emailing privacy@dywan.ai. Every email we send includes a way to opt out.
